Most businesses work between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. So do we. In fact, we have our greatest coverage during this time with a cadre of both helpdesk and field techs available to our clients if issues were to arise. A portion of our help desk staff also works from 7:00 AM to 7:30pm to insure full coverage.

Monday to Friday – evenings

Do you do work late at home? Do you sometimes have trouble with your remote connection back to work? Or did your laptop simply stop working at 5:30 PM and you desperately need it in working order the next morning. Fear not. We have an evening crew that works from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, looking after proactive tasks for our clients as well as any emergencies that might happen.


Saturday and Sundays

Getting ready for the big presentation next week? Decided to set aside some time to work on that project on Saturday night? Only to find you can’t connect to the network? If you are a Seerx client, simply call into our emergency line to find a tech ready and waiting to help you. No call backs in 1 hr or more. Just a friendly soul to help you right away.
